Dr. Annemary Nkirote is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and the Legal Manager in the firm. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services from the University of Manchester (UK), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nairobi, and a Doctor of Management from Swiss Management Centre University.

She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Diploma in Banking from the Institute of Financial Services, London, and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London. She previously worked at KCB Bank as a Senior Corporate Relationship Manager and Sector Head, Real Estates. Dr. Nkirote has extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Banking and Finance, Real Estate and Conveyancing, and a wide range of Commercial and Corporate transactions.
