Ndung’u is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate Advocate at the firm. He holds an LL.B (Hons) from Kenyatta University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

He previously worked as a legal intern at the National Oil Corporation of Kenya, where he gained extensive experience in corporate law and governance.

He also worked at Sheikh & Company Advocates, where he handled litigation and conveyancing matters. During this time, he acted for various banking institutions, companies, and individual clients on real estate matters and the perfection of securities.
