Biography

Ndung’u is an Advocate of the High court of Kenya and an Associate Advocate of the firm. He is an LLB (Hons) graduate from Kenyatta University and the Kenya School of Law where he attained a Post Graduate Diploma in Law.

He worked as a Legal intern at National Oil Corporation of Kenya where he gained extensive experience in corporate law and governance.

He worked at Sheikh & Company Advocates where he doubled as a litigation and conveyancing advocate. During this time he acted for various banking institutions, companies and individual clients on matters related to real estate and perfection of securities.
